We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns and refunds

Changed your mind? Most items can be returned and refunded within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping

Start your return by filling out the Order Return Request form. Return shipping is free within the UAE and AED 40 across the GCC.

Your refund

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to show, depending on your bank or card issuer.
