Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it under the following policy:

✅ 14-Day Return
You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

👗 30-Day Return & Replacement (Clothing) New clothing items are eligible for return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping labels will be provided in one of the following ways:

• By filling out the return request form at Order Return Request page

• A return shipping fee of AED 20 applies to UAE customers and AED 40 for GCC customers.

💰 Refund Process
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the credit to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
