Every set is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects - faulty zips, straps or seams. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it.
Next day delivery across UAE if order is placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered in 1-2 days. Embroidery customization orders are shipped in 3-4 days.
Yes! we ship GCC wide via DHL Express, with typical delivery in 3–4 days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email & whatsapp as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please note that delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs clearance in the destination country.
We cover customs duty and shipping for international orders above 500aed. For international orders below 500aed shipping is calculated at checkout by DHL.
We accept returns and replacements for non customized products within 30 days of delivery. Just get in touch with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
